Terms of Service

MedicAI provides AI-powered automation tools for wellness, medspa, and healthcare businesses. Our services include intelligent communication systems, appointment scheduling, and patient engagement solutions.

Clients must:

• Supply accurate business data and information
• Ensure all information and patient communications comply with applicable privacy and medical laws
• Maintain secure access to their accounts and systems

Subscription fees for Launch, Scale, or Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable once services begin. All fees must be paid according to the selected plan and billing schedule.

All software, workflows, and configurations remain the intellectual property of MedicAI. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for active subscriptions only.

MedicAI automations are for administrative and communication support, not for diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Our AI systems do not replace licensed medical professionals and should not be used for medical decision-making.

Clients are responsible for lawful use and HIPAA compliance. All use of MedicAI services must align with applicable healthcare regulations and privacy laws.

MedicAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the past three months.

Service may be suspended for non-payment or misuse. Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in the service contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved according to Texas state law and jurisdiction.
